Our Founders
He was Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Advanced Industries Company “Motadagha”, “Wafra Company for Industry and Development”, “ Tabuk Cement Company ”, and Jazan Energy and Development Company “Jazadco”.
He worked in the contracting field, opened shops in various fields such as jewelry, and then began investing in the stock market.
He holds a high diploma in business administration from Damascus.
Khalid AlShathry
Saudi businessman and investor
Founder, CEO and Managing Director of the International Human Resources Company Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the “Ajl Investment Development Company”, the Chairman of the “United Aircraft Maintenance Company”, a member of the Board of Directors of the “Maysan Financial Technology Company” since 2017, and a director in the “Modern International Business Services Company” in Saudi Arabia, the Emirates and Dubai.
He is also a founding partner in “Mawad Financial Company”, “Intelligence Standard Company for Information Technology”, “Media Agency”, “National Food Company”, “Tanziat Trading Company”, and “Coldt Refrigerated Transport Company”.
He served as CEO of the “Saudi Technical Equipment and Operations Company” between 2012 and 2015, and founded the “IHR” application. He also participated in establishing the “Dawul Application” affiliated with the “Capital Market Authority.”
He holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources in 2020 from Missouri State University in the United States of America.
